Daniel Romzek, Director of Finance and Operations at Davison Community Schools, has been appointed to fill a vacant position on the MSBO Board of Directors. His term will end in April 2009. Robert Dwan, who was recently selected Associate Executive Director of MSBO, resigned his board seat at the MSBO Board of Directors meeting earlier this month.
Dan has a strong background in school finance and accounting and has been an active member in MSBO. He has received his MSBO Chief Financial Officer Certification and is Past-President of the Genesee Area School Business Officials.
