If you're in the MSBO Certification Program or thinking about it,
you'll get to know the name Courtney Byam. Courtney is MSBO's newest employee. As Certification Administrator, she'll be working with Debbie Kopkau on all aspects of certification.
Courtney is replacing Brooke Clay. Brooke now works exclusively on graphic design. Courtney is responsible for answering certification questions, processing applications and letters of commitment, as well as issuing certificates.
Courtney has extensive customer service experience because of her solid background in retail. She is a graduate of University of Michigan.
